Pockitle Viewer Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or using the Pockitle service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by this Viewer Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please disconnect from the Service immediately.

All text, translations, and script data displayed through the Service (the "Content") are provided by the production company, creators, or licensors and may be protected by copyright or other rights.

• Prohibited Acts: You are strictly prohibited from recording, photographing, screenshotting, or filming the Content.
• No Extraction: Any attempt to manually transcribe, digitally scrape, or otherwise extract Content from the Service for use outside of the live performance is a violation of these terms.
• No Distribution: You may not share, post, or redistribute the Content on social media or any public/private platforms.

• Editorial Control: Surtitles displayed through the Service are prepared, reviewed, and approved by the production company (the "User") prior to the performance. The User maintains full editorial control and is solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and appropriateness of the content.
• Live Captioning: Pockitle Live may capture live speech and generate captions or translations for audience devices and venue displays in near real time. Live delivery can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and is not an authoritative transcript or record of the performance.
• AI Assistance Disclosure: While the Service provides AI-assisted tools for script preparation and translation, these are assistive in nature. Pockitle does not warrant the accuracy of any pre-recorded or live content and shall not be held liable for any linguistic, cultural, or factual errors in the displayed text.

• No Real-Time Monitoring: Pockitle provides the platform as an automated technical tool. We do not monitor, moderate, or enforce audience conduct in real-time within the venue.
• Technical Dependency: Use of the Service depends on local network conditions. Pockitle is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, or data charges caused by venue Wi-Fi or individual device performance.
• Limitation of Liability: Pockitle shall not be held liable for any unauthorized recording by third parties or any dissatisfaction regarding the content of the surtitles.

To protect intellectual property and ensure system stability, we collect limited session data:

• Access Logs: This includes your IP address, device type, and timestamps.
• Encryption: We implement TLS/SSL for data in transit and Application-Layer AES-256-GCM for User Content. Runtime subtitle content is encrypted for segmented delivery, then decrypted inside the authorized viewer session for display.
• Our Commitment: This data is used for service operation, security auditing, abuse prevention, technical troubleshooting, and aggregate reliability reporting. Pockitle does not sell your data to third parties, does not share it for advertising purposes, and does not use it for behavioral profiling. This session data is not used to identify individuals across sessions or services.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. You agree that the courts located in Calgary, Alberta, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.
